Step 01

Scan

Guests open a public event menu by scanning a QR code displayed around the venue or event.

Step 02

Order

They browse available products, add items to the cart, and review the order on their phone.

Step 03

Pay

Checkout confirms payment before the pickup counter or bar starts preparing the order.

Step 04

Pick up

QUIVYX issues a pickup receipt QR after payment confirmation. Staff scan it to validate fulfillment.
