QUIVYX uses cookies and similar technologies for essential platform functionality, authentication, language preferences, checkout support, PWA installation prompts, local purchase history, bartender sessions, security, and reliability. The current repository does not show a dedicated advertising analytics or tracking pixel.

Essential cookies and storage technologies are needed for core functionality such as routing, authentication, checkout, platform security, event ordering, and maintaining user or staff sessions. Disabling essential technologies may prevent parts of QUIVYX from working.

QUIVYX uses Clerk for organizer, bartender-related, and administrator authentication flows. Clerk may set authentication, session, anti-abuse, or security cookies and related browser storage. These technologies help confirm signed-in status and protect account access.

QUIVYX uses a locale preference cookie named NEXT_LOCALE to remember language selection when a user changes locale. QUIVYX may also use local storage to remember whether a user dismissed the PWA install prompt.

The current codebase does not show a dedicated analytics provider such as an advertising pixel or behavioral analytics SDK. Hosting, authentication, payment, and security providers may still generate operational logs or use technical identifiers needed to deliver their services.

QUIVYX uses Stripe and Stripe Connect for checkout and connected-account payment flows. Stripe may use cookies, scripts, device information, and similar technologies to process payments, present available payment methods, prevent fraud, and secure checkout. Payment method availability may depend on device, browser, region, and provider configuration.

Some technologies last only for a browser session, while others persist until they expire or are deleted. The NEXT_LOCALE preference is configured for approximately one year. Local purchase history, dismissed PWA prompt state, and provider-managed cookies may remain until cleared, expired, or replaced.

You can manage cookies and storage through browser settings. Blocking cookies or clearing storage may sign you out, remove language preferences, clear local purchase history, affect PWA prompts, interrupt checkout, or prevent bartender and organizer tools from working.

Most browsers allow users to delete cookies, block cookies, clear local storage, limit third-party cookies, and manage site permissions. Browser controls vary by browser and device.

Mobile browsers and operating systems may provide additional controls for website data, storage, payment methods, push-style prompts, and installed web apps. Removing site data may affect saved preferences and app-like behavior.

QUIVYX may update this Cookie Policy as the platform changes. When updates are made, the effective date may be revised.
